All items are fulfilled from our AIKELEV warehouses across the world as soon as we get your order. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items are delivered in pristine condition.

To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, ePacket)

For customers in the United States, we offer 2 shipping options with varying delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (10-14 Business Days)
• Expedited Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

 

For all domestic USA orders, you will receive complimentary Standard Shipping with orders > $100 USD.

For customers that do not live in the United States, we offer Standard International Shipping calculated in real time when you enter checkout. We are working hard to improve our international rates, and expedited options will be available in the future! Depending on your country, import/customs fees may be applied to your order.

When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order.

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking codes so you know exactly where your order is!
